Detailed description
This phonemic awareness activity, ‘Riddles’ supports language development by encouraging students to listen to riddles and substitute the beginning sounds of words to make new words. It is aimed at developing students’ awareness of sound manipulation of beginning sounds. It provides a rime word list as well as blends and digraphs cards.
