How do I join Lesson Zone?
Please click the Join Now button on the home page to view them.
I have lost my password.
Please visit the login page from the home page and select the ‘Lost your password?’ link. You will need to use the email that you used to join and follow the prompts that you are sent.
I have tried signing in but the site doesn’t recognise my login details.
Lesson Zone has several sites, so you may need to check that you are on the Lesson Zone site that you signed up to. Our sites include:
If you cannot remember or you still cannot log in, please contact us at email@example.com. In your email, please supply us with the email address you used to join and the site you are trying to log in to.
I have joined and the watermark still appears on the resources as I scroll through the site.
Once you have become a member, you will be able to download the resources. When you download the resources, this watermark will no longer be there. If you find that it still appears after downloading the resource, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will aim to fix this for you as soon as possible.
I can’t download the resources even though I have joined.
There are several reasons this could be happening.
Firstly, please check that you are signed in, sometimes when opening a session the computer automatically logs you out.
Alternatively, this may mean you need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader. Please follow this link to download the new PDF reader . Once you have downloaded it you will need to refresh your browser by closing all of your existing programs and tabs (some computers will also require you to restart your computer).
Additionally, Lesson Zone recommends switching to a different browser as some browsers do not work at the optimum level for our site. We recommend Google Chrome for the most efficient results.
Finally, if you have ensured you are both logged in and have the most up to date Adobe Reader and browser, please check that you do not have pop-ups blocked from Lesson Zone. You may need to add Lesson Zone to your pop-up exceptions in your browser settings.

How do I get a receipt to claim the cost of membership for tax purposes?
You can retrieve a copy of your receipt along with the status of your account simply by logging into the Lesson Zone website. To do this visit your My Account page and under the ‘Recent Orders’ tab, click ‘PDF Invoice’.
How do I become a member?
How long does an individual membership last?
A membership lasts for twelve months, beginning on the date your account is activated.
Can I log in to Lesson Zone from both school and home?
Yes. If you’re a member you can sign in to the site from any computer or device that is connected to the internet.
I am home schooling my child, can I join?
Yes, however we do not have any specific memberships for home schoolers.
I have a membership. Can I share my password with others?
Members have unlimited access to the site for their own personal or classroom use, the sharing of personal login and password information is therefore prohibited. Accounts are monitored for this activity and may be suspended if evidence of login and password sharing is found.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please visit the ‘My Account’ tab along the menu bar. Once you are in ‘My Account’, click ‘View’ next to your membership order. On the next page, click ‘View’ again, then on the next page, click ‘Cancel’. Please note, immediately after clicking cancel, your membership will be terminated and access to the Lesson Zone website will be discontinued without a refund.
You can easily rejoin Lesson Zone by visiting ‘My Account’ and clicking ‘Renew’ under the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab. However, you will need to begin the process again and provide your credit card details for payment.
Can I trial Lesson Zone before I sign up?
By signing up you will get a 7-day free trial. After the trial has ended, your credit card will be charged unless you cancel before this point.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as payments via PayPal.
Is my credit card information secure when I pay for my Lesson Zone membership?
Yes. Lesson Zone uses a secure third-party payment gateway to process all credit card payments.
How can I be sure that my Lesson Zone payment has been processed?
Shortly after completing the joining process, you will receive a transaction summary confirming your account details and membership. If you do not receive this message, it may be blocked by your spam filter. In this case, please check your spam folder and then add Lesson Zone to your address list so that it does not happen again.
If you are unsuccessful in retrieving your transaction summary in the spam folder, please log in to the site directly with your email address and password. You can view your membership summary by visiting ‘My Account’.
If you are unable to access the website directly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE PAYMENT PROCESS AGAIN. Please include your phone number in your email; if your inbox is blocked we will contact you by phone.
Does my account automatically renew?
Your membership will automatically renew unless you indicate that you would not like this to occur. If you would not like your membership to be automatically renewed, please click the red cross near your credit card details on your ‘My Account’ page. Please DO NOT PRESS CANCEL to do this as your account will then be disabled. Instead, this way you will still have access to Lesson Zone but only up until your membership expires.

How do I download a resource?
To download a resource, simply select the resource you wish to download and click the ‘Download’ button. A PDF of the resource will then be downloaded to your computer. If you are unable to locate the downloaded PDF, try your Downloads folder or refer to the question about downloading resources in the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section of this page.
I cannot download or print a resource.

Which browsers are supported by Lesson Zone?
Lesson Zone supports Google Chrome for optimum results. If you are using Internet Explorer however, we recommend that you update to the more recent version as this is also supported by our site. If you have any doubts about your browser, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, especially before joining.
How do I resize and insert clip art into documents?
Our clip art is formatted to make it easy to use with a transparent background. Once you’ve downloaded the PNG image you can print it directly, or right-click on the image to select copy and then paste into a document. If you’ve saved images to your local computer, then you can select ‘Insert’ from within a Word or PowerPoint document, navigate to the image location and choose the image to insert. Once inserted, the image can be resized to your liking.
What program do I need in order to view Lesson Zone resources?
The minimum requirements for opening and viewing Lesson Zone PDFs is Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 4.
What are the requirements for using the form-fillable resources?
The minimum requirements for utilising our form-fillable resources is Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5.
Can I save resources for viewing at a later time?
When you download our Lesson Zone resources, you can save them to your hard drive and then move them to an easily accessible location on your computer.
What do I do if I find an error or typo in a Lesson Zone PDF?
At Lesson Zone we work very hard to ensure that all published resources are error-free and factually correct, however we recognise that sometimes mistakes happen. If you come across an error or have a question about our content, please email email@example.com.
How do I request or suggest an idea for additional resource topics?
We love hearing from teachers and parents, and we welcome all suggestions for new content as this helps us to ensure that the Lesson Zone site is as relevant and useful for you as possible. Any suggestions or requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Troubleshooting and Passwords:
I forgot my password.
If you have forgotten your password, please visit the login page and click the ‘Lost your password?’ link. You will then be prompted to enter the email or username that you used for your membership. After completing your details, click the ‘Reset password’ button and an email will then be forwarded to your nominated email address containing a link to create a new password. If you wish to change your password, please visit ‘My Account’ and click on the ‘Change Your Password’ link and follow the prompts.
I want to change my email address and contact information?
Please visit the My Account page. Under the ‘My Address’ tab, click ‘edit’ and then update your email address and contact information. On completion please click ‘Save Address’ to save any changes. Please note however, the email address you used when you signed up will remain the username for the account. If you change your email address, you will still need to log in using the original email address, however, all new information that is linked to the account will be sent to your new email address.
