This poem, ‘My Shadow’ delightfully and comically explores the concept of a shadow through the persona of a young boy. The poem is written in simple language and provides students with an opportunity to explore the concept of rhyming words and rhythm through this example of ABCB rhyme. If printing for a classroom display poster it is recommended to print in A3 or larger.
