This poem, ‘Little Things’ is a wonderful example of an ABCB structured eight-line poem. It is written in simple language and provides students with an opportunity to explore the concept of rhyming words and rhythm. It is also a great resource to supplement lessons with a theme of time, eternity and the beauty of nature. If printing for a classroom display poster it is recommended to print in A3 or larger.
